Our shipping policy offers free shipping on all orders over $200, while orders under $200 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10. Orders typically require 2-3 business days for processing, followed by an additional 3-4 business days for shipping.

For PRE-ORDERS and CUSTOM wigs, please allow up to 14 days for processing and shipping. We rely on trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure that your products arrive safely and on time. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email to keep you updated.

Due to the nature of our products, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis to maintain the quality and hygiene standards our customers expect. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. If a refund is approved, the hair extensions must be returned in their original, unused condition, as we reserve the right to decline refunds if the product has been altered or used in any way.

Additionally, for approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
